"Leadership is something we do WITH other people. Leadership must always be viewed as a relationship between the leader and the led." Rob Goffee & Gareth Jones, Why should anyone be led by you?

Based on the best-selling book, this unique two-day workshop, designed specifically for finance specialists, will equip you with the skills to be an inspirational and authentic leader by highlighting the importance of the relationship between leader and follower.

Using the CASE framework, which assesses the four critical needs of your followers: community, authenticity, significance and excitement, will provide you with a practical way of re-evaluating your approach to leadership.

Why you should attend

You will learn how to modify your behaviour based on the needs of your followers and current situation, while at the same time communicating a consistent sense of self. In essence, being yourself - more - with skill. You will be able to use the workshop and peer coaching to tackle your most testing business challenges and go back to your organisation with tangible results.

The workshop will enable you to:

  • Gauge ability to motivate others by reviewing follower feedback
  • Become a situational sensor and respond appropriately
  • Make your CASE regarding a strategic finance leadership challenge
  • Experience a shared leadership process which builds a community of aligned and engaged finance peers
  • Understand the effects of organisational change and how it applies to your followers

You will leave the workshop ready to excite others to exceptional performance.
