Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the East Anglian Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on 19 May, 10:00-10:30, to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 16 June 2025 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2025
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
