Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Humberside & District Society of Chartered Accountants will be held on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at 17:30 hours at The Kingston Theatre Hotel, 1-2 Kingston Square, Kingston upon Hull, HU2 8DA to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 28th May 2025 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2025
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
