Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire Society of Chartered Accountants will be held via Microsoft Teams and can be joined virtually on Tuesday 21 April 2026 at 17:00 to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 17 June 2025 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31 December 2025
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
