Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on 25 June 2026.
- To approve the dissolution of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants and to authorise the Committee/Trustees to take all necessary steps to wind up its affairs, including the disposal of assets and settlement of liabilities.
- To grant the Trustees full discretion to determine the application and transfer of any remaining funds as they deem appropriate in furtherance of the Society’s charitable purposes.
- To transact any other business that may be appropriate.
