Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Southern Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on 26th June 2026 at 10am to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 13th June 2025 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2025
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
