Biography
Malcolm Wood is Group Company Secretary at Lloyds Banking Group, although he will be retiring at the end of June. He is an experienced legal and governance professional who has operated for the past 18 years at the highest levels of the UK Financial Services industry.
Malcolm was previously General Counsel and Company Secretary of Standard Life after a career as a corporate lawyer in private practice in London and Edinburgh. He has a wealth of experience in governance, policy and regulation.
