PII consultation - proposed changes to ICAEW’s Minimum Approved Policy wording: The proposed changes address a regulatory requirement for insurers to clarify the extent of cover for cyber-related claims in policies of insurance. The changes are due to take effect on 1 September 2021.

New tool to aid disciplinary searches: ICAEW’s new Disciplinary Database offers an efficient way to obtain disciplinary and regulatory records.

ICAEW’s new Regulation and Conduct LinkedIn page: ICAEW’s new regulatory page will share updates and developments as well as reminders of some of the resources available to ICAEW regulated firms, insolvency practitioners and members. Follow the page for the latest updates.

SIPs 16 and 13 have been updated in line with legislation changes: The new SIPs will be effective in England and Wales, and Scotland from 30 April.
