Pathways to Membership

The Pathways to Membership route allows fully qualified members from certain professional bodies to apply for ICAEW membership based on their experience.
Express your interest

If you have at least five years of professional experience and hold qualified member status from one of 15 eligible bodies, you could fast-track your way to ICAEW membership with Pathways.

The Pathways to membership scheme:

  • Is open to eligible professionals in the UK and around the world.
  • Recognises the skills, knowledge and experience you've gained through your professional accountancy qualifications and career.
  • Offers a route to ICAEW membership without completing the full ACA qualification.
  • Can be completed in your own time, wherever you are in the world.
