CIPFA members with any length of experience can gain designation of both Institutes through our dual membership offering.

Less than five years

This route allows newly qualified members of CIPFA to apply for ICAEW membership. You would need to sit and pass our Corporate Reporting exam and submit and pass the Statement of Intent to gain membership.

More than five years

This route allows for qualified members of CIPFA with over five years experience to apply for ICAEW membership. You would need to register for the Pathways programme and pass the Examination of Experience to gain membership.
