Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the North West Society of Chartered Accountants will be held at, The Harris Museum, Market Square, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2PP on 18 June 2025 at 14:40 to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 6 June 2025 as a true and correct record.
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2025
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
