After training at a major firm, I became Partner at an independent practice in Northeast England, then founded Tindles LLP in 2000—a two-partner firm serving entrepreneurial clients with business advisory and compliance services. We prioritise ACA training and recruit staff from A Levels or university, offering in-house development and career progression.
Rob is also involved in property and hotel development, Chair of the Board of Governors at a local Independent School, served as President of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants (2015-2016), and was an ICAEW Council Member for West Yorkshire (2017-2021).
