Su Lin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of professional experience in the Big 4. She is a holder of a BA Economics (Accounting) degree from Leeds University in UK.
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (DH&S) London where she worked in the audit and computer audit divisions. She then joined Coopers & Lybrand (C&L) in Mauritius and started the IT Consulting division. She continued her career as a Partner in C&L and subsequently PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) after the merger.
Thereafter, she joined the largest accounting firm in Mauritius, De Chazal De Mee (DCDM), which had offices in 7 countries in Africa. She was a Partner in the Consulting division, DCDM Consulting, which was the local partner of Accenture, and was responsible for business in the Indian Ocean region, working on systems integration projects. Finally, she joined KPMG Advisory in Mauritius, where she was responsible for Internal Audit and Compliance advisory services.
Since 2020, she now sits as an Independent Non-Executive Director on Boards of private and public listed companies in Mauritius. With her experience, she is Chair of the Audit Committee and Technology Committee in most of these Boards, as well being on the Sustainability Committee.
