Biography
I am a results-oriented leader with over 27 years of experience driving performance in high-paced, multi-national organisations across various roles and geographies. I held a senior leadership positions, including CEO, CFO, COO, and Country Manager, with renowned institutions such as KPMG, HSBC, SCB, CBK, Mashreq, and HBL. My expertise spans finance, audit, risk, compliance, credit operations, trade and guarantees and quality assurance.
I have served as Acting CEO for SCB Oman and was Chairman of the Provident and Gratuity Fund for HSBC in a key market. My experience extends to M&A and deal advisory in diverse sectors, including banking, financial institutions, healthcare, and education. I have contributed to governance as a board member at the British School Muscat and a school in Ontario, Canada, as well as the Policy and Government Relations Committee of Brampton Board of Trade, Canada.
Currently, I am the Founder of BIMAC Group, Director of a company in the Seychelles and a Board member/shareholder of a company in Canada. A Chartered Accountant with memberships in the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP) and ICAEW.
