Allison is an experienced finance professional whose career is built on international versatility, with UK-Swiss nationality combining British pragmatism with Swiss precision. As a Fellow Chartered Accountant and certified Non-Executive Director, Allison has expertise in strategic and operational financial leadership, corporate governance, and inclusive leadership development. Having managed international finance teams in multinationals for many years, Allison now has her own business focusing on ensuring scalable financial foundations, delivering strategic insights, and supporting organisations through transformation and growth. She is committed to building resilient frameworks that empower leadership teams to make informed decisions while driving long-term value creation.
Allison is based in Zurich with her family, travelling regularly to the UK, Germany and France for business and leisure.
