Biography
Andy is a Chartered Accountant and Director at PwC, focussed on retail financial services and asset backed securitisation. He has almost 30 years of experience in providing a range of audit, assurance, accounting and transaction related services to clients, with a particular focus on working with and supporting dynamic organisations during periods of change (IPO, re-financing, acquisitions/disposals, restructuring etc), helping management navigate complexity and uncertainty.
He is experienced in leading complex engagements, working closely with clients and their advisers to deliver a service tailored to their needs. identifying, analysing and assessing the impact of matters arising and assisting management in understanding the relevant accounting, reporting and governance implications.
Over the last 20 years, Andy has held a number of charity governance roles. He is also a Liveryman of the Chartered Accountants Livery Company.
