Biography

Keith is a chartered accountant with over 20-years' experience acting in leadership and finance ro.es in infrastructure for asset managers, latterly as COO for InfraRed Capital Partners, an asset manager with $14bn AUM.  At InfraRed, for 14 years, Keith was CFO for HICL Infrastructure plc, the FTSE250 investment company which grew from £0.3bn to £3.2bn during his tenure.

Before InfraRed, Keith was at John Laing plc for 5-years', as a portfolio director responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management, serving on their investment committee.  Keith has a background in corporate finance, project finance, listed investment companies and financial management, which has included structuring new projects, restructuring, refinancing, equity capital raising, acquisitions, disposals and fund management.

Keith qualified at PwC having graduated with a first-class honours BSc in mathematics from Durham University.  He is a Council member and Fellow of ICAEW as well as a trustee of The Royal School of Needlework.
