Biography
Nick is a Non-Executive Director holding positions both in the UK and internationally.
The majority of Nick's career was in practice with PwC as a partner in the Transaction Services business based in London. Since leaving practice Nick has been CEO of a family office and CFO of a fintech company.
Currently he is a Non-Executive Director or Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust where he is Chair of the Audit Committee and a Non-Executive Director of Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services where he is Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee. In addition to his role as an ICAEW Council member he also serves a member of the ICAEW Sustainability Committee.
