These Terms & Conditions apply to the Lunch for Two at One Moorgate Place and outline the rules, eligibility, and important details for redeeming this offer.
Prize Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to One Moorgate Place Corporate Clients, ICAEW Members, and their guests.
- The promoter is ICAEW, Chartered Accountants’ Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA.
- This promotion shall continue until 31 December 2026, with a winner drawn each month until this date.
- Entries received by the Promoter after this date will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
- The prize draw will take place within 10 working days of month end.
- Each month there will be one winner who will receive a Lunch for Two at One Moorgate Place Club.
- Advance booking is required.
- All alcoholic beverages are excluded from this promotion.
- Available Monday to Friday only.
- Subject to availability.
- The prize must be redeemed within six months of notification.
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no cash alternative.
- ICAEW reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
- To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the feedback survey in full. At the start of the survey, Participants will be given the option to opt in or out of the prize draw. Only participants that have opted in, will be part of the prize draw.
- The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each calendar month. Winners will be notified using the email address provided by them, when completing the survey. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, ICAEW reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- ICAEW reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or provides false or misleading information.
- ICAEW reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be published on the feedback page and will not affect entries already received. ICAEW also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- ICAEW accepts no responsibility for technical failures, delayed or incomplete entries, or any circumstances that prevent entry. ICAEW shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the draw or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Data protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
- Personal data will be used solely for administering the prize draw and arranging the prize.
- ICAEW will not use this data for marketing purposes and will not share it with third parties.
- Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the draw and will then be securely deleted.
