Email signature assets
Another marketing asset available to accredited firms is an optional email signature banner. It links to ICAEW’s Consumer Feedback Survey, allowing firms to invite their clients to share their views on access to legal services and support our consumer empowerment work.
The email signature banners are included in the zipped folder, along with the logos, to encourage you to ask your clients to complete our survey. If you’re a firm only providing probate services, download the email signature banner like below.
If you’re a firm providing both probate and the administration of oaths services, download the banner for both services like below.
Once you have downloaded the email asset relevant to your firm, link the banner to the survey (using URL: https://r1.dotdigital-pages.com/p/41F5-FMG/consumer-feedback-survey-on-legal-services-eg-probate ) so that people are directed to it when they click on the banner.
More about the administration of oaths
The administration of oaths is a reserved activity under Section 12 of the Legal Services Act. Find out what resources we have to support firms to administer oaths and affirmations.
