Who do the Insolvency Regulations apply to?
These regulations apply to all insolvency practitioners licensed by ICAEW. Guidance notes are included to help insolvency practitioners apply the regulations.
Most recent amendments
The regulations were updated on 1 June 2023 due to changes to ICAEW's disciplinary framework. The amendments are consequential changes only. (For example, some committee names and references to specific Disciplinary Bye-laws were updated.)
