Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the West of England Society of Chartered Accountants will be held on Wednesday 1st April 2026 at 17.30, via Teams, to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 18 June 2025 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31 December 2026.
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting to include;
- Confirmation of Della Hudson as Financial Steward of the Society
- Confirmation of Gino Zabeo as Financial Steward of the Society
- Confirmation of Vanessa Lennie as Treasurer of the committee
