Andrew Weir is Chairman of the Pacific Basin Economic Council and has held senior leadership roles at KPMG in Hong Kong and China, with over 30 years’ experience serving major clients internationally.
He is a Fellow of several leading accounting and directors’ institutes, regularly speaks on governance, and is active in both professional and community organisations. Andrew has been recognised with awards including the BBS and MBE for his contributions to trade, investment, and community service, and holds degrees in Economics and Economic Development.
