Caroline began her professional journey at Bishop Fleming in 1988 as a graduate trainee, steadily advancing to Audit Manager and now heads the Risk and Compliance division. She has previously held the role of President for ICAEW South West and is currently the Diversity Representative on the South West Local Network Board. Caroline is devoted to championing female and younger professionals within the industry, offering mentorship to colleagues in her firm.
Based in South Devon with her partner, Caroline is a mother of two grown-up children. In her spare time, she is an avid rugby fan and enjoys travelling, walking, and gardening.
