Deborah is a governance expert and experienced non-executive director, chairing key committees across sectors including finance, healthcare, property, charities, education, and housing.
She read Civil Engineering and trained with PwC before progressing into investment banking, corporate finance, and business angel investing.
Within ICAEW, Deborah has chaired special interest groups and committees, served on the Members Board, and contributed to governance and leadership events.
She is dedicated to addressing unconscious bias, promoting diversity, and supporting the development of relatable role models in the profession.
