Derek, a Chartered Accountant since 1994, co-founded Pinkham Blair in 2004 to support new business ventures. He studied at Essex University and has held roles at BDO, Charles Rippon & Turner, and Morgan Brown & Spofforth, where he specialised in corporate finance before forming Vantis plc. Born in Chester, raised in Rowton, Derek is enthusiastic about military history, serves as Honorary Treasurer of the Army Records Society, and is a Saracens Rugby Club season ticket holder. He is married to Sue and they have two children.
