Neil is Transformation Director at Oracle Corporation, with extensive global finance leadership experience at PwC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Mars, and Jacobs Solutions Incorporated. He specialises in business transformation, having led turnarounds, finance reorganisations, and major recovery programmes, including a secondment to the Ministry of Defence.
Neil actively volunteers with ICAEW, has held multiple leadership roles, and was elected to the ICAEW Council in 2023. He is also a published author and guest lecturer at the University of Bath.
