Nick is a Non-Executive Director with roles in the UK and abroad. Formerly a partner at PwC in Transaction Services, he has also been CEO of a family office and CFO of a fintech firm.
He currently chairs the Audit Committee at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust and the Finance and Investment Committee at Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services.
Nick serves on the ICAEW Sustainability Committee.
