Paul originally from the UK and now also an Australian citizen, has lived in Australasia for over 15 years.
He graduated from the London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte. His career includes roles at Price Waterhouse in Jamaica, university teaching in finance and accounting, consultancy work, and involvement in business advisory and CPD.
Paul has served as Technical Director at both the Malaysian and Hong Kong Institutes of CPAs, led professional training, and produced technical publications. He was Executive Director of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for a decade, focusing on compliance and risk management. His extensive public service includes senior positions with HKICPA, ASX, and contributions to international accounting standards.
Paul is now winding down his consultancy as he transitions to full retirement.
