Peter became the first independently chosen Chair of the Board in 2023.
He currently leads an independent review into school funding policy and chairs NHS Blood and Transplant.
Peter has held numerous non-executive roles since leaving PwC in 2010, including serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Pay.UK.
A long-standing supporter of ICAEW, he was its President in 2002-2003 and received a CBE in 2006 for his services to accountancy.
