Philip is a Chartered Accountant and Chemical Engineering graduate from Imperial College London, who built his career across the UK, USA and Central and South America.
After qualifying at Arthur Andersen and becoming a CPA in Colorado, he moved into senior finance roles, including a Division Finance Director for a Fortune 100 company and CFO of a NASDAQ-listed technology firm. Philip has focused on private equity turnarounds, published a book on the subject, and held visiting professorships at Colorado universities.
He currently serves on multiple boards and is a private pilot.
