Scott has responsibility for the design and implementation of the BDO’s strategy, identifying and driving areas of growth. He is also responsible for the International network including the strategic relationship with key member firms and enhancing consistency of cross border delivery. He was appointed to serve on the Executive Board on 1 April 2014 and was Head of Audit from 2014 until 30 September 2024.
