6.00pm Guests start arriving Drinks reception in Main Reception Room

7.00pm Dinner is called - guests are invited to take their seats in the Great Hall

7.10pm The President’s Welcome

7.25pm Grace - Richard Andrews, first course

8.00pm Society Volunteer Awards Derek Blair/Matthew Stroh introduce the award. Derek to present the trophy, photos on stage with each winner

8.20pm Main course

9.00pm Keynote speaker - David Clarke OBE

9.15pm Dessert and coffee

9.50pm President's closing remarks

10.00pm Dinner ends Guests depart
