Biography
Caroline joined the profession as a graduate trainee in 1988 with a medium size practice – Bishop Fleming. For some years she was an audit manager for the firm and now heads up the Risk and Compliance department.
She is a Past-President of ICAEW South West and sits on the South West Local Network Board as the Diversity representative. Wherever possible she supports female and younger members and has a mentoring role within the firm.
She lives with her partner in South Devon and has two “children” in their twenties. In her spare time she is an avid rugby fan and enjoys travel, walking and gardening.
