Biography

I am a Lancaster University Accounting and Economics graduate and qualified at KPMG.  At KPMG I specialised in financial sector work both in London and Long Island, USA, but also managed a portfolio of non-financial public and SME clients.

After KPMG I spent time as a Finance Director of Oppenheimer International, the London based subsidiary of an American investment bank, then Temenos Systems, a Swiss banking software business, followed by being the CFO of Close Brothers Group PL's asset management division.

I am currently Finance Director of OLIM Property Limited, an FCA regulated investment manager of circa £1 billion UK commercial property portfolios for institutional and charity investors.  The business is based in Westminster, London.

I am also Finance Director of a family recruitment business, HoneyPot People Limited, based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

I was leader of St Albans City and District Council from May 2011 to May 2017 and a Board member of the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership from October 2013 to June 2017.

I have been involved with the Beds, Bucks and Herts District Society (BBH) since 2018.

I am married with 5 adult children, live in Hertfordshire and home games I am a vocal fifth generation Arsenal supporter.
