Guidance on how to retrieve your event booking confirmation

Can't find your booking confirmation? Below is some guidance on how to access your booking summary and request an invoice for purchase.

I would like a copy of my order invoice/receipt

If you would like to resend yourself the order invoice you can do this by logging in and going to 'Account' > 'Orders' > 'Order History'. Please locate the booking within the list and click 'Details' > 'Email Order Statement'. You will have the option to enter a new email should you wish to send this to someone else.

I haven't received or can't find my booking confirmation.

If you would like to resend yourself the event booking confirmation you can do this by logging in and going to 'Account' > 'Orders' > 'Order History'. Please locate the booking within the list and click 'Details' > 'Resend Confirmation’. You will have the option to enter a new email should you wish to send this to someone else.

I have received a ‘Your booking is not yet complete’ email

If you have received the above email this means that you have successfully booked via our events site but are required to complete registration via the events platform aswell. You need to complete the steps indicated within the email to receive event joining link, calendar invite and reminder emails for the event.

Checking for upcoming/past event bookings

If you would like to check your event bookings, you can do this by logging in and going to 'Account' > 'Orders' > 'Order History'. Please note your bookings will show in the order in which they have been booked rather than in chronological order.

Requesting a visa letter

If you are attending an in-person event and need a visa letter to support your application, ICAEW are able to provide this via email. Please note visa letters cannot be issued for guests, main delegate only. To request a letter please contact us.
