I would like to resend myself a receipt/confirmation of booking
If you would like to resend yourself a summary of the booking including the VAT breakdown, you can do this by logging in and going to 'Account' > 'Orders' > 'Order History', finding the booking on the list, clicking > 'details' and clicking 'Resend confirmation'.
To send yourself an order statement with an overview of the booking only, you can select 'Email Order Statement'. You will be prompted to select the current email or type a new one should you wish to email someone else.
If you would like a copy of the booking confirmation email with dates, times and joining instructions, please contact us.
I haven't received or can't find my booking confirmation.
If the event is still in your basket after a booking has been attempted this means the booking has not gone through and will need to be attempted again.
If your basket is empty after making a booking, you can check the booking has gone through by going to 'Account' > 'Orders' > 'Order History' and finding the booking on this list. If it appears on this list, the booking has been processed.

You will have to option to select a new email should you wish to send this to someone else.
