The previous work experience must have been gained within the 24 month period preceding registration.
If your training agreement is 36 months (or longer) a maximum of 12 months may be applied for. Students with a 24 month agreement may apply for up to 8 months.
To apply for credit for prior work experience, download and complete the form below and send this to us completed with the signature of your qualified person responsible for training (QPRT) at your office. Detailed guidance notes are included on the form to help you apply for your experience to be recognised.
