Sarah is an arbitrator, specialising in tech, digital asset and smart contract disputes. She sits on the International Jurisdiction Taskforce, the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce, The Digital Commonwealth, LegalUK, and the Commonwealth Trade Digitalisation Taskforce, as well as being an advisor to Restabilise and Mercore. She was Law Commissioner for Common and Commercial Law from 2020 to 2024, responsible for the Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023, the Property (Digital Asset etc) Act 2025 and the Arbitration Act 2025. Sarah has written books and articles on blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets and intermediated securities, and her work has been cited extensively in Courts across the world, in UK Parliament, and in US Congress.

Emily is Director of AI Assurance at Frontier Economics, leading work on the economics, adoption, and governance of Artificial Intelligence. Her team is particularly focused on working with highly regulated sectors, including financial services, combining rigorous economics with deep practical experience of AI governance and policy. Emily previously worked for HMG’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, where she played a leading role in developing the UK’s approach to the responsible adoption and assurance of AI, working across government, industry and the international AI ecosystem.

Pavel Chichkanov is a Senior Manager at the Bank of England, leading work on payments innovation and digital money. His responsibilities include the development of the Bank's policy framework for systemic stablecoins, as well as engagement with domestic and international stakeholders on the future of money and payments.

Benjamin Douglas is the Product Lead for the UBS Digital Assets Platform, where he owns the product strategy, and is responsible for identifying new product markets and segments. The UBS Digital Assets Platform supports a wide range of tokenised assets and digital money offerings, while also facilitating access to public and private blockchains. An Executive Director with more than 20 years of experience in fixed income trading and structured finance, he also serves as the UBS Technical Lead for multiple banking consortium blockchain projects.

Emma is TRM Labs' Global Investigations Manager for EMEA & APAC, leading blockchain intelligence investigations across international jurisdictions. Before joining TRM in January 2023, she spent 12 years in UK law enforcement, including nine years as a cyber-crime investigator with the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit, specialising in darknet market investigations and social engineering. She has given expert witness testimony in cryptocurrency cases, worked with Europol on international operations, and trained law enforcement colleagues in cryptocurrency seizure.

Chrissy is Founder & Principal of Dreadnought Solutions, advising boards, founders and investors on the regulatory, legal and operational realities of digital assets, AI and quantum-era risk. She was an equity and debt markets lawyer at Linklaters, a compliance director at Barclays Capital through the financial crisis, COO and General Counsel of the Tony Blair Institute for almost a decade, and Chief Legal Officer and interim COO at Parity Technologies. She co-chairs the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance's AI and Quantum Working Group.

Adrian leads investigations for Grant Thornton's Digital Asset Recovery Team. His team identify, trace, and recover digital assets for clients globally. He also supports the firm's wider Digital Asset practice across internal and external audit, regulatory and financial crime advisory, valuations, and tax. Before joining Grant Thornton, Adrian spent 17 years in UK public sector roles, most recently as HMRC's Technology-Enabled Money Laundering threat lead – building HMRC's response to the exploitation of digital assets and financial technology in fraud and money laundering.

Jane is Head of Department in Payments & Digital Assets at the FCA, working on crypto and payments policy. Jane came to Payments & Digital Assets from Resolution, covering the insolvency of FCA regulated firms. Previously Jane concentred on Client Assets, and has a background as a corporate lawyer.

Lord Ranger is Co-Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Digital Markets Digital Money and has played an active role in parliamentary scrutiny of digital assets, stablecoins, tokenisation and the future of financial services, including through the Financial Services and Markets Bill. He has engaged with policymakers and regulators in the UK and internationally on the development of a responsible, competitive digital assets economy. Lord Ranger is also a member of the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee, Vice-chair of the AI APPG, and Co-Founder of the Business AI Alliance.

Dion has over 20 tax experience and, uniquely, has extensive experience in all aspects of the taxation of cryptoassets. His previous role was at HMRC, where he led on cryptoassets policy development. He is at the forefront, serving as chair of the ICAEW's crypto tax working group and the DAWP Steering Committee. He is Co-chair for the OECD’s CARF Business Advisory Group and brings his experience to the steering board for Solana Superteam UK. A prominent voice on cryptoasset taxation, he has published numerous articles and co-authored a book on the taxation of cryptoassets, set for publication in late 2025.

Polly leads ICAEW’s regulatory policy work on digital assets, sustainable finance, and responsible AI in financial services. She develops thought leadership and shapes policy responses on emerging regulatory issues for ICAEW’s 210,000 members. Before joining ICAEW, Polly worked in structured finance and asset-backed securitisation at PwC. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) trained in PwC London’s Banking & Capital Markets and Investment Management practices.

Chris is a partner at EY and the government’s Wholesale Digital Markets Champion. He provides market leadership and support industry progress on the development of a tokenised wholesale financial markets ecosystem, supporting the government’s work to deliver a more efficient and competitive financial sector. At EY, Chris chairs the Global Regulatory Network and is a Member of the UK Board. He also leads work in financial services and fintech.
