Your duty to report misconduct

The CCAB has published updated guidance for the January 2020 amendments of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017. This guidance has not yet been approved by HM Treasury.
Consultation: mandatory online probate applications
Government has published a consultation paper on changing the non-contentious probate rules to make it mandatory for professional users to use the online process.
