In HMRC’s latest bulletin for insolvency practitioners, they provide guidance on best way to contact them to avoid delays when settling invoices.
HMRC is currently experiencing issues with invoices being sent directly to individual email inboxes. This has resulted in invoices not being settled by the payment due date.
Dedicated email address
To mitigate this risk and ensure timely settlement of invoices, HMRC requests they only be directed to the dedicated mailbox:

This mailbox is specifically managed solely for invoice-related correspondence and ensures that invoices are processed efficiently and within the required timeframes.
