HMCTS is running an information session for probate professionals on Thursday 25 September. The session will be online and include a general service update from the team. There will be time for you to share your feedback and ask questions.
The probate registrar team will also attend to answer queries and questions on more complex cases, including those involving orders, subpoenas and summons. Where possible, the team will assist on specific case-related queries in a private setting, subject to time and volume constraints.
The session takes place 12:00 - 13:00 on Thursday 25 September.
