Whatever your size or starting point, we want to hear from you. Take the 2026 Charity Digital Skills Report survey and help us build the clearest picture yet of what's really happening across the sector.
This year we're asking the questions that matter most right now. What does AI actually look like day-to-day in your charity – and is it helping? How are your staff and volunteers experiencing change? Are your communities able to find the information and services they need in a world of AI-powered search? And how is AI affecting the funding landscape? Your responses are anonymous and the survey takes around 25 minutes. Every response counts – especially from smaller organisations and those working with marginalised communities, whose voices are too often missing from sector research.
Report authors Zoe Amar of Zoe Amar Digital and Nissa Ramsay of Think Social Tech, along with partners Corndel, Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, Manifesto, Media Trust and Torchbox, will use the findings to make the case for the funding and support the sector needs. As a thank you for your time, there are two prize draws to enter. If your organisation is a registered charity, you could win one of five prizes of £300 in unrestricted funding, administered as a donation by Zoe Amar Digital. You could also win one of ten free places on a Media Trust Communications Course – covering topics including AI for charity marketers, email marketing, SEO, WhatsApp communities and more (usually from £36 per person). Just complete the survey and opt in at the end.
The survey closes on Monday 20 April 2026. Take it here:
