Beer Mergers is an independent specialist corporate adviser, providing advice on business sales and acquisitions specifically to the SME sector.
They have a strong understanding of and focus on sales of privately owned, family run and entrepreneurial businesses, usually between £500,000 and £5m in value. They also offer a bespoke acquisition or consultancy service, and all transactions are tailored to individual client’s needs.
Based in North Kent, they work across the UK from their Head Office and a number of Regional offices, and in all main market sectors.
