Their Corporate Finance division specialises in facilitating transactions for clients across various industries with specific experience of Private Equity and cross border transactions.With a team comprising 16 partners and approximately 190 employees, including 3 partners dedicated to Corporate Finance, UNW offers clients a robust and experienced team to navigate complex financial transactions.
Having assembled a large Corporate Finance team UNW work closely with their clients to provide a well-resourced, partner led service covering all aspects of a transaction including both Sell and Buy-side lead advisory M&A, Financial Due Diligence, and modelling.
UNW also supports companies applying for government grants and has provided technical support and due diligence for many national grant awarding bodies.
