Economic indicators measuring trends in economic growth are available from a number of sources, including government and professional bodies. On this page you can access a range of reports and online resources providing quick links to statistics and commentary.

Online articles

The ICAEW Library & Information Service provides access to a range of articles in full text from leading business, finance and management journals. This resource is available to ICAEW members, ACA students and other entitled users.

Economic & Labour Market Review (ELMR)
A monthly compendium of UK economic statistics and articles compiled by the Office for National Statistics.

International Statistical Agencies
Links to official government statistical bodies compiled by the US Census Bureau. National statistical agencies usually supply data on economic growth and indices.

London's Economy Today
A monthly publication from the Mayor of London's office investigating the London economy. Contains a wide range of London and UK economic indicators, including the latest tube usage data, employment and unemployment, productivity, house prices and consumer confidence.

Quarterly National Accounts
Quarterly estimates and analyses of expenditure in chained volume terms and at current prices from the Office for National Statistics.

United Kingdom Economic Accounts (UKEA)
Published quarterly by the Office for National Statistics, the report gives detailed estimates of national product, income and expenditure.
