A former accounting entrepreneur, Alex founded, grew and sold her own practice before moving into behavioural science and leadership development. She also privately coaches senior professionals whose roles increasingly depend on their ability to lead, influence and perform through others.
An ICF PCC coach, Alex has worked across professional services, FTSE and PE-backed businesses, and spoken for ICAEW, ACCA and ICAS.
