Alison has been with EY for 34 years, 23 of which as a Partner, and in April 2025 she was appointed as the UK Chair.
Prior to this appointment, she was a member of the UK LLP Board for four years and has held a number of leadership and UK and global governance roles, most recently as the UK Head of Regulatory and Public Policy and Chair of the EY UK Audit Committee. Alison has been the Global Client Service Partner and Lead Audit Partner on several FTSE 100 companies and other EY Global audit clients.
In September 2025, Alison completed more than nine years as a Trustee of Teach First, where she was a Board member and Chair of the Finance Committee.
