Caroline joined the profession as a graduate trainee in 1988 with medium-sized practice, Bishop Fleming. For some years she was an audit manager for the firm and now heads up the Risk and Compliance department.
She is a Past President of ICAEW South West, past chair of both ICAEW Practice Committee and ICAEW Members and Commercial Board. Wherever possible she supports female and younger members and has a mentoring role within her firm.
She lives with her partner in South Devon and has two “children” in their twenties. In her spare time, she is an avid rugby fan and enjoys travel, walking and gardening.
Caroline serves as ICAEW President from June 2026 to June 2027.
