Charles Henderson is a chartered accountant who takes an active interest in corporate reporting, including auditing, corporate governance and ESG from an investor perspective.
He is chairman, member of, and policy team member of the UK Shareholders’ Association, an associate of Falcon Windsor and a member of the Pre-emption Group. He retired from Invesco after 25 years at the end of May 2019.
