Claire joined AAT in June 2022 and is Executive Director of Customer, Partnerships and Innovation. She leads work across customer experience, strategic partnerships and innovation, focused on delivering value for students, members and stakeholders.
Passionate about progression and opportunity across the profession, Claire drives innovation in AAT’s products and services so learners develop real-world, career-ready skills.
With more than 20 years’ experience in professional membership organisations, she has a strong track record in building engaged communities, developing partnerships and delivering lasting value.
